Just wondering, quit playing the game last year after unbearable lag. How is it now?

Depends. I'm using my phone as a personal hotspot on the 3G network and getting 400-600 ping normally which is playable. If you've got better connection I've seen people say they get 100-200. I've also found that Eastern States people seem to get a better connection with NA, wheras Western Aussies tend to get it better on EU.
I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!

    Oh look, Anook.

I'm in CQ so it's usually 310 -350 range bit of a pain in Cyrodiil.

It's improved a lot for me. I had to quit last year as well due to unbearable lag, but returned in the past few months and it's been fine mostly even in Cyrodiil - though admittedly I haven't spent a lot of time there  (NA PC server, haven't tried EU).

Sounds promising, might give it ago again, gotta re-install it on my PC now, that's gonna be a massive pain!

When Orsinium 1st came out the lag was terrible (frequently 999+) and frame rate low too. Both would jump around a lot. Better now though. Don't know how much of this is due to being in SEQ or just the number of people in zone at once. I'm less then a 1km from the local exchange with good ADSL2.

I have NBN and usually sit at around 210-250 on NA PC.
