He just did. Like HALF his post was literally saying: I've noticed a population drop.
It is likely best if console users consider whether they are speaking to a PC player or not. PC players have been here a lot longer, so more have left than on console probably.

This is only a sample of the population (Not everyone goes through Steam to play ESO)
That being said, there is a distinct pattern of less and less people playing as of late.
Starcraft2 and FO4 for me. It's not that I see a pop drops it's more like I should freaking close the lights already because everybody has already left some time ago.
I think Assassins Creed number who the hell even keeps track anymore is also out.I expect it to be very popular on the consoles.

The plot: you are a video game tester, test assassin's creed...
All the players that left for FO4 have come back. Just like I thought, they play for a while then join eso. Since FO4 is single player you can always take a break.
Since Orsinium ive seen a spike in activity. Not since launch have the number of my xbox friends list been as high.
Orsinium may be a bit low population wise because many players, myself included, are waiting until we reach a higher level to go there. There is tons of content already for lower level players, there is no real reason to jump to Orsinium when you haven't even completed much of the games original content... but that's just how I play... I save DLCs for after I complete the existing content.
