Didn't appreciate Zeni mocking the chat about PvP Arenas and then having chat messages about it deleted. Anyone else catch that? I'm almost done giving my money to these people if they're going to be doing ignorant move like that; I'll move to BDO.

Yeah well doesn't matter how many times people bring things up. Trying to censor or ignore their concerns is a very low move for a business that makes a living from getting payments from the very same people. If this was any other business, it would get so much slack and backlash and tons of lost money for doing this, but somehow Zenimax should get a pardon? Maybe those people weren't around when said issues were adressed? Not everybody delves in forums, social media sites and counts every fart a ZoS employee makes in their office.
What is spam to you is a genuine problem for somebody else.

Maybe such behaviour is acceptable in the USA, but in the most of the EU businesses fight tooth and nail to keep their customers and make them happy as consumer protection laws will not hesitate to come down on them, even if somebody asks a question that has already been answered sometime somewhere. Instead of deleting comments, maybe they should've actually given a quick answer as that is most likely the thing that will stop them asking anymore, but by deleting and censoring they are only shooting themselves in the foot and proving more and more that they don't give a cr@p.

I won't bother finding the exact part of the video but everyone was posting it in chat and they said "PvP arenas, who wants that??" Chat lit up and they started deleting people's messages pertaining to PvP Arena and immediately changed subject.

Given how relentlessly people are asking about this given how often ZOS have given the same answer ("It's not in our immediate plans but we are looking into it.") their obviously sarcastic response of "Who wants those!?" was actually quite funny.

They weren't mocking, they were being funny and sarcastic and they answered the question for the umpteenth time, more than fair I think.

Dude seriously? Did your brain halt at the Illuminati conspiracy? If you would've listened to what they said after making a tongue in cheek sarcastic joke, they said "We are working on PVP arenas but don't have a release date yet"

edit: this post is an excellent example of why game devs are sooooooo careful about communication with 'the folks'
