Purpose of removing veteran ranks

✭✭Really, really hope the game is not going to be capped at level 50. I'm another one who does not want the veteran ranks removed. My only annoyances with the system as it is now, is having to complete the personal story over & over again on alts. Think we should only go through it once, as is the case with escaping the prison at the beginning, there is an option to skip it.
