I bought the game for a friend of mine, and he has been trying to play for about a week. Every time he tries to log in, he gets the "requesting login" message for about 30s to a minute before getting a timeout error. We have tried everything we've been able to find, changing the name of the data folder, porting forward all 8 or 9 ports, repairing the files over and over, reinstalling, switching servers to EU and then back to NA, nothing has worked. He submitted a support ticket last week but hasn't received anything back, so I was hoping someone here would have a suggestion of some sort. As-is it looks like nothing can help this problem, and this was just $60 down the drain.
