Are Weekly Rewards Scaling to v16 Now?

I was on the weekly Vet DSA leaderboard when Orsinium first launched. I just recently received a v16 infused Masters Sword as a reward for this. I was just wondering if all weekly rewards are scaling to v16 now.

    If this is the case, I'm gonna farm myself some vDSA!
    It's time for an overhaul of the current loot system!
    Implement a Token-System, so people get rewarded for their time invested!
    RNG^RNG is both tedious and undesirable!

    Yeah I was surprised it wasnt legendary too. Got that and 5 Grand Soul Gems lol.

    So the vDSA drops are v14 but the mail rewards are v16 :error:

    Then it wasnt from DSA weekly (weekly never has soulgems).. Sure it wasnt a pvp reward after campaign ending?

    Just to point out people, item links are very easily doctored. There's been nothing in any patch notes about this nor anything from ZOS about weekly rewards ever scaling up.

    I've heard multiple reports of this. Item link faking is becoming less likely. People are usually honest.

    This level upgrade probably had to do with an error in sending outlet rewards which had a fix of inadvertently leading to v10 items

    This item wasn't faked. I had to submit a ticket through customer support to even get my Weekly reward from Vet DSA because it never came when the weekly ended. A game master then mailed me the items.
