IC permanently bugged?

Molag Bal doesnt spawn, some portals dont reward players with chests (team < 12 ppl all dealing dmg), texture bugs on mid entrance (screenshot attached, people floating in air, stuck).

Could someone from Zenimax clarify what is causing the issues and why haven't you adressed them in monday hotfix? It's not a new issue, it's been up for week+ or probably since Orsinium release.

Is this just your way to make all those players actively competing in IC move on to Wrothgar? Because as it is now, IC is unplayable, I can't enjoy it at all, maps are dead and it's even hard to find a team in rush hours.

I am a subscriber only to enjoy the DLC, but when your paid content isnt working, why would the players bother keeping the subscription? I know I'm not the only one disappointed in IC performance, so please give community an answer regarting the issue.

    Typically if things arnt fixed right away it is because it is taking some time to figure out why it is doing what it is doing and trying to code a fix. Then they have to test the fix then it can be deployed. It isn't always easy to figure out why your code is acting weird.

    Yeah, running spell breaker EU molag bal was bugged. Portals up but no enemies :(

    "Typicaly" and "arnt fixed right away" would be more than suffice when it comes to Z. mate.

    This is sadly true Coding is hard... it's also their jobs so you that.

    Keeping up with all the tax codes is hard but it's my job to know. I do my job right I keep clients and get more by word of mouth if I don't I don't make money, cause people will go to someone that can.

    Not saying their job is not hard but it is their job.

    If you didn't have the screenshot to prove it, I'd say that you were in my group the other day. We went through 3/4 campaigns to see if he'd spawn, and cleared out the portals each time until we had the stuck in the roof issues and people getting tired of it not working. I got a whole 2 Rubedite out of it though!

    Went to the middle three times today in Azura EU. All three times the portals were up, but no mobs.

    Thought this was about doing some quest or killing something in order to activate him, regardless, I have experienced same issue since two patches ago.

    Portals are glowing, no mobs to be seen.

    Molag Bal bugged on Spellbreaker and Trueflame (EU) as well.

    Also the floor in the gate if you come from the AD side.

    To unleash Molag you had to clear mobs from 3 inner portals in a certain amout of time. It had a 15 min respawn timer, so ppl were motivated to sit in IC and contest Molag. Now in two campaigns I play, PC Azura and Haderus, its bugged permanently. I've been 'mid' few times this week only to see it bugged. People in the zone confirm it seems to be a permanent state.

    Floating in the air in AD entrance is the case in both of these campaigns, so I honestly believe it's not a campaign matter, just a general IC bug.
