I dont have any problem about safe zone after you entered to sewers from above but using safe zone advantage just to escape from anything is kinda weird. Now everybody runs into safe zones or just fight around to safe zone or simply run into safe zone wait for his group.. This feature should be like "people can be safe after they enter to the sewers", you shouldnt be able to use that feature if you are already in the sewers.
