Since so many is revealing their builds, i decided to reveal mine.

This build is hitman (or scavenger) build, that gets in, kills target and gets out, relying heavily on stealth and burst damage.

It is tested to be really powerful in non-vet, but it works on vet levels also, with minor replacement to health sustain.

Attributes and skills

Attributes: All to stamina

Skill bar 1 = Dual wield (DPS)

1. Surprise attack (Main dps)
2. Killer's Blade (Execute)
3. Mass Hysteria (Fear / CC)
4. Shadowy disquise (Cloak) // This can be dark cloak also, if your crit % is enough
5. Ambush (Gap closer / next attack buff)
Ultimate: Soul harvest (Cheap / heal debuff)

Skill bar 2 = 1H & Shield (Resto / Buff)

1. Rapid maneuver (Speed) // Switch to vigor once u can get it
2. Defensive stance (Reflect spell / stun)
3. Double take (20% dodge change / speed)
4. Immovable (Heavy armor / knockback immunity)
5. Mark target (Target's debuff / heal you if killed) // Morph to piercing mark, so you can see even if they are stealthed
Ultimate: Soul tether (oh s**t button / good dps & heal)

Gear

5 pcs medium / 2 pcs heavy
- I use Heavy chest / greaves for maximun armor

5 pcs Hunding's rage (weapon power / stamina / critical)
4 pieces Nightmother's gaze (Critical / weapon power)

Necklace & Rings: 1 weapon power enchant / 1 stamina recovery enchant / 1 reduce stmaina cost enchant
Prefer robust trait if possible

Race

I prefer wood elf, since they have awesome stmaina regen + bonus to damage from stealth.

Other choices would be khajiit and redguard.

Mundus & buff

I use warrior for more weapon power.
Other choice when over 50% crit change is shadow, for critical damage

Use food for bigger pools.

Do you use potions for weapon damage buff? Having Rally, Power Extraction, or Flying Blade on one of your bars could push the damage a bit further.

Still, kudos for not using 2h as one of your weapons. Very rare to see on a stam (anything) build.
    PC/NA

    Envy Me - Sorc
    Kutsus - NB
    Kutsmuffin - Temp
    Kutsuu the Destroyer - NB
    Kutsuu - Temp
    Natsu Dragoneel - DK

    Thanks.

Atm, i don't use. I count on marking enemy and having ulti up all the time.

When i'm able, i'll switch ulti to flawless dawnbreaker, to increase my weapon damage.

Probably i'll try power extraction on buff bar, if that makes difference.
