I like being a imperial nightblade, mostly cause I get 21k health without even trying to get any health and 31k stamina. Health is more important now then it was before, a nightblade with 25k health and 30k stamina and 4k weapon dmg is to be feared:)
Imperial 4 lyf.

Orsimer has 6% max stam, 30% health recovery and 4% extra dmg.
For top burst damage, 4% extra dmg > 4% max stam but you miss out a lot of stam regen/return if you go Orsimer.
When looking at pure DPS values and a build that will NOT need any sustain at all then you want to go Catmer (Khajiit) with a build focused heavily onto Crit and Crit Damage using Twice Born Star set with Thief and Shadow and full points into Precise Strikes. Those 8% Crit will grant you the highest possible boost to PvE DPS.

So that will offer more dps from say hundings x5 and night mothers on rest? Assuming you you weigh more into precise strikes than mighty?
Thanks.
good personal day, I'm uma.dúvida between two Redguard race or orc, what would be the best currently dps? so Redguard 10% max stamina and orc 6% max stamina +4 damage ultimately what is better? 10% stamina or 6% + 4% DMG?

Redguard, orc, personally I like Khajiit 20% extra health regen, 10% stamina regen, increased damage from stealth and if I remember correctly 6% extra crit chance
Argonian, duh.

With my build (DW/Bow) I have 4 Nightmother 5 TBS and 3 Agility (full Medium). Going 4 Nightmother (Crit WD Crit) even gives more DPS to me than going 3 Nightmother + 1 Kena (Crit WD WD) because I'm focusing so heavily into Critical Damage. For me I do get slightly more DPS with TBS than with Hundings Rage. BUT in Raids where Warhorn is up a lot it prooves to be a lot better than Hundings Rage. Keep in mind I'm also utilizing Trap Beast every now and then. (Basically whenever I swap to my Bow-offbar for Ultimate / Long Dots that don't need to be on mainbar (Caltrops) / Scorched Earth (when there is multiple enemies) / Poison Injection (in Excute Range)).
Assuming a 50% uptime of Warhorn and a 50% uptime of Trap Beast you will have 211,8% Critical Multiplier Which means that the 8% Crit you gain from being Khajiit are equal to almost 10% raw DPS increase. Which is more than any other race can offer by far.
With that build as a Khajiit DK you will have 90,5% Crit. And as only 75-80% of your Damage is Physical Damage you will put 100 points into Precise Strikes and the remaining ones into mighty and a few here and there to gain the high % numbers at the start.
All of this is assuming there are no bugs and that an acknowledged issue with Critical Strike is getting a fix soon. And of course we assume that you do NOT have any resource issues. If you have some you can still use Cost Reduction on Jewellery instead of Weapon Damage, but that will of course cost you some DPS. This builds is not meant for PvP because you will have resource issues and you cannot crit on shields ... and with this setup your noncrits will hit like wet noodles.

Sure, feel free to ask here or PM.

Crit is king. That being said, some on NA server have found a 6-10% drop in actual crit rates vs their character sheets on Khajiit stam builds. Can't be 100% certain of the cause, but it appears that the 8% Khajiit crit passive is currently bugged.
