Cadwells Silver Stromhaven last quest bugged

Hey,
im doing the cadwells silver in stormhaven on my sorc and my NB atm. On both i have the last quest bugged, i completed it on both, Emeric sends me to Rivenspire but cadwells almanach still shows the quest as not finished. Please fix, I need the Skillpoints :neutral:

    There may be a sidequest required in specific areas to fully complete them as well, I recall 2 or 3 areas in silver that where like that.

    If so that sucks :/ those are my 5th and 6h chars im doing the silver with, cant remember anything like that, maybe they changed something.
