Frozen ability bar and unable to switch weapon bug needs to be fixed ZOS

This happens to me several times a day and all I can do is die, or log off and back on again to fix this. I have tried all the key combos everyone says to use, but this never works. This issue happens on all three of my V16 players. My NB it happens when I use Caltrops and then go into a fight. That seems to be the common trigger. Not every time of course, but when it happens, that is the trigger. My two DK players I haven't clued in on what triggers it for them yet.

where does this happen?
It happens anywhere I am fighting. It sucks when you are in IC and have 500+ stones on you and all you can do is let the other players kill u and take your stones without a fight...Are you not entertained?

Sharkano✭✭✭✭Happens on my temp a lot. Skill bar shows no skills can be used. Have to hit SHIFT key to re-set it. If you see it immediately can be fixed fast, but if you are spamming keys and nothing happens then you look at skill bar, you are often dead before you can get back on track. I have three other classes at VR16 and it only happens on the temp, so I know it is not me mis-hitting something.0

Unable to swap weapons, yes, and it happens VERY often, and has to be the most frustrating bug there is currently. It's completely random and fixes itself after sometimes 2, 3, 5 or even 15 seconds. Needless to say that not being able to swap weapons for 15 seconds means you're usually dead.
Using shift, dodge roll, looking at inventory, spinning your char in crown store... Nothing seems to fix it.PC EU - Zahraji of the Void, aka "Kitty", the fluffiest salmon genocider in town.

for me, it isn't just weapon swap... it is the fact I cant use any ability at all either. at least if my abilities where active on the one weapon, I might have some chance....Are you not entertained?

Can't swap, cast and it's stick in sprint.
Takes about 30 seconds then goes.

✭✭✭✭✭Happened to me a few times. I found that if I open inventory and close it again, it often fixes the issue... if not, yeah, it really sucks, since its kinda hard to survive a fight if you can't do sh... uhm... anything.
