Help with NA/EU server play?

I heard that you can play on both NA and EU server with one account. I downloaded EU server/launcher and went to log in. After putting in my account info a pop up said I am "not allowed to log into this account from this computer". It emails me a code to implement... I put that in and still nothing. This is the same computer I play on the NA server.... can anyone give any tips to what I am doing wrong?

✭How long did you wait to put in the code? It times out, so you can't leave it too long. Also, have you tried a re-send of the code?I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!
