Okay, so in the patch notes, you stated this problem with the adds being slow putting up their shield was fixed. Well in reality the shield doesn't give ANY protection even when it's fully up. Either that or I'm experiencing a bug...

    Yep, same here. Went for some vMA coz I thought it's fixed. Shield gives no protection, bleed (dot) does 25k instant damage and the earthquake 28k, ignoring block and distance.
    The Argonian Behemoth is impossible atm. Please fix this asap!

    Two screenshots where I'm clearly standing inside a fully formed shield, then shortly dying from a 70k enraged scream.

    yeah there is no protection at all on this phase from the shields, I managed to complete it by bashing the boss when he screams but he stays enraged the whole fight and i died so much on that round so looks like I'll have to do it again if I want to stay on weekly leaderboard :(

    Also I noticed that the shields was going up even if he was in the scream phase which was rather funny to see.

    Indeed. I didn't have much trouble myself as a ranged crushing shock spammer, and even as a sorc, getting hit by his tremors with full shields on leaves me at <10% when he's enraged. So yeah..

    yeah i managed it by kiting and using range but i died a lot from 1 shots :(

    Yes it is. This has been discussed since yesterday and hopefully a fix for it today. I wonder if this same issue is going to hit consoles as well...

    Has it really been fixed? I just tried yesterday and it still happens, no protection in the shields; I didn't try bashing him to see if it'd interrupt him without leaving him permanently enraged because after hitting this wall weeks ago I stopped bothering and I'm not wasting anymore soul gems or repairs on it until I know its fixed.
