Game keeps downloading from start again and again

Hello. I brought the game and proceeded to do a fresh install.
[A bit of background : my internet is relatively slow; some disconnects occurs and due to some power outages, I have to close the launcher and restart it]
I had raised a ticket and the Support were helpful (for which I am grateful), but they couldn't tell if it was their (game's) issue or the patches were large. I read and found that the Orsinium DLC patch was around 4GB. So, is the game client + patches really 32GB + 34GB + 34GB large ? It is completely downloading the game and not verifying (like the other threads said regarding the Orsinium patch release).
My current ESO disk size : Size - 98.5GB. Size on disk 55.3GB.
Could anyone please advise if I should go ahead with the downloading of the current 34GB (and what are the patch sizes / client size etc..)

- I st time download -> started download from 32GB (fresh install). When it reached around 7GB, had to close the launcher. When I opened it next time, it started downloading from 34GB.
- IInd time -> I let it download from 34GB. When it reached around 5GB, I again had to close the launcher. When it opened again, it started downloading from 34GB again.
- IIIrd time -> I have currently paused it and have not started downloading it again.

✭On my end, the game is currently 44,9 GB large (programs, Zenimax folder, tooltip).
What happens if/when you close the launcher and try launching the game by using the eso.exe file directly? Because this also could be a launcher issue and the game would start without already.

Belidos✭✭✭✭✭I think this might be a display bug, it did this for me too last time I installed however the second +30gb install took only a fraction of the time of the original one, so i'm guessing it was applying a patch but the display got stuck.0

I checked the ESO folder and there is no ESO.exe executable file. Only executable's present are "Bethesda.net_Launcher", and "GameConsultant". There is a ESO icon only. It is just an image.

✭Launch the launcher then.
