For most daily pledges, finding a tank means one of the dps has to slot a taunt. We did pretty well with that option. It surely doesnt work that well if you're alone but if you know the rest of the group, it works out wenn in general.

I personally stitched together a "tank gear" as well to be able to tank in groups formed by the dungeon finder. I think pretty much everyone can do that. I know it's not the "play as you like" style - but if more people would try it, they might like it.
