Ping issues since Orsinium DLC

I have been having really bad ping during the peak time (EU) since Orsinium DLC (usually over 200). It used to be 70-80ms at max during peak times but nowadays I get such ping only during mornings or early afternoon. After 6pm GMT+1 my ping is really bad and it affects my gameplay a lot. I usually play only during evenings so it's really frustrating. I tried to ping to eso site and I have around 130-140ms. My connection is fine, I run some speedtests and my speed and ping is fine so there is definitely some issue with ESO which wasn't present before Orsinium DLC. I was talking with my friend which lives in the same city as me and his ping is fine, around 100ms in the game during peak times so I don't really know where is the problem but any help is appreciated. I have not changed anything in last month with my computer or connection.

c0dycodeSoul ShrivenIt is a general problem. I'm only playing for a little over a month now. And I do not enjoy playing the game with this huge lag at all. Having an avg. ping of 300 in Cyrodill is just stupid and you can't do anything. And even in "PvE" it spiked up to this lol
Glad they're "fixing" the loading screen-issue now. But I wish they'd fix the fps and lag-issues. I'd prefer to have the longer loading times if they can fix fps and ping/lag-issues.
