I made a post about this in the General Discussion Area, but I am thinking it needs to be here as well so that whomever is monitoring this Customer Service area can get the issue fixed.

Basically, what is happening is out in game /BUG reports are not going to the Devs like they are suppose to. They seem to be being rerouted to Customer Service since Orsiniums release.
I have put in a few bug reports detailing issues in the game and where I am getting them. A few days later I would get a response from a Customer Service person who in the end told me to put in a /BUG report in game with detailed info.
I would then have to write back to them and explain that that is what I originally did. I then showed the screenshot showing the incident number from in game and being a Submit Bug. I even had a response from someone named Tuesday on one of them that thanked me for the Bug Report and stated she would get it to the devs and the next thing I know I am getting a response from Customer Service.
From there it is like trying to explain what is going on to a brick wall that there is an issue with your Reporting system.
In the past, no one ever received a response from a bug report and if our reports are being sent to Customer Service, I can imagine they are getting very swamped.
Whichever ZOS person who looks after this thread, could you PLEASE make sure that this is reported to the devs or the right people.
