In Game /Bug Reports going to Customer Service and not Devs

I made a post about this in the General Discussion Area, but I am thinking it needs to be here as well so that whomever is monitoring this Customer Service area can get the issue fixed.

Basically, what is happening is out in game /BUG reports are not going to the Devs like they are suppose to. They seem to be being rerouted to Customer Service since Orsiniums release.

I have put in a few bug reports detailing issues in the game and where I am getting them. A few days later I would get a response from a Customer Service person who in the end told me to put in a /BUG report in game with detailed info.

I would then have to write back to them and explain that that is what I originally did. I then showed the screenshot showing the incident number from in game and being a Submit Bug. I even had a response from someone named Tuesday on one of them that thanked me for the Bug Report and stated she would get it to the devs and the next thing I know I am getting a response from Customer Service.

From there it is like trying to explain what is going on to a brick wall that there is an issue with your Reporting system.

In the past, no one ever received a response from a bug report and if our reports are being sent to Customer Service, I can imagine they are getting very swamped.

Whichever ZOS person who looks after this thread, could you PLEASE make sure that this is reported to the devs or the right people.

    I sent a TON of bug reports, especially during the last week(s), but I didn't get ANY reply from the Support. I only got replies when I directly sent it to the Support (from the in-game window, too).

    I got some CS from mu /bug reports as well and a survey from them also. Odd...

    If it's the same as other games then /bug reports normally go to the Devs via QA (the QA guys try to reproduce it and then pass their findings to the Devs) and they don't usually respond, however if they need further information to help them reproduce the bug they will get in contact. That may be why you have received responses from /bug reports.

    The /bug and /feedback have always gone through the main customer support system. Something changed, though, if some of them are getting responses. Likely a process glitch.
