Found my missing stats - any weapon in offhand subtracts 800 health

So after much searching and fiddeling around with gear sets figuring its a bug with set bonuses, but when reduced into its simplest example is quite obvious that something more sinister is at play. As soon as any weapon is equipped in secondary slot about 800 hp are subtracted.

✭✭Do you have the exact same skills on both bars? There are multiple skills that boost your health if you have them on your bar.0 -
Fat_Cat45✭✭✭✭✭Your first bar has Structured Entropy rank 2 on it. That 6% boost gives you the exact difference.

✭So last night in Cyrodil I noticed that on my lvl 26 when I changed my second hand weapon (2H) from a V2 to a V5 (current character level) my weapon damage on my dual wield daggers on the first bar dropped by about 100. For the life of me I have no idea why changing the 2nd bar weapon impacts on the WD of the first bar weapons....NA PC | AD

krseb17_ESO✭✭Ah false alarm yes. I forgot to remove my ultimates from the bars so the shadow line passive increases my hp with 3%.Edited by krseb17_ESO on November 15, 2015 11:53AM0

Battle leveling. Since you upgraded your other weapon, that level is now baseline and if your DW weapons are a couple levels lower, they don't get boosted as much.So last night in Cyrodil I noticed that on my lvl 26 when I changed my second hand weapon (2H) from a V2 to a V5 (current character level) my weapon damage on my dual wield daggers on the first bar dropped by about 100.
