Hey I'm new, I heard you can buy skills? The lightning blink thing etc. Where can I buy it? and The others of course, thanks for the response lads.

You unlock skills by advancing skill lines, and that means class, weapon, guild, world skill lines.
Then you use a skill point to activate them and a second skill point if you want a better effect on the same skill.

✭The "Lightning Blink Thing" is a Sorc skill, so you have to be a Sorc btw. Worth picking if you want to telepot at random (NB can do it too but only to an enemy)I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!
