When youll have completed all basic content, you will realize, that subscription is still pretty much must have..
You're the one who hasn't completed basic content yet. I have - and I know ESO+ isn't mandatory. On the contrary, the benefits it gives are so meager that a lot of veteran players stopped subbing months ago.

Why you have to buy dlc via crowns? It feels strange.
    Two reasons:
    1. Plain old virtual currency exploitation. You can't buy exactly the number of crowns you need, you buy a packet which is usually larger than the DLC price - which means more money for Zenimax, even if it's only a little.
    2. Refunds. You don't buy the DLC with real money, so they don't need to refund you with real money in case you demand it. They can just give back crowns, which ensures that the money stays with Zenimax anyway.

I don't like this system any more than you do, but it doesn't have anything to do with frequency of DLC releases. Some people prefer to have a choice instead of being forced to shell out $45 for a bundle including content they aren't interested in (e.g. the Imperial City, which is a horrible grindfest and now it's dead).

    Pay to win?
Uhhh. I don't plan on winning anything.
I subscribe more as a show of appreciation.
ESO has given so much to me.
The content is great and will keep coming.
With the amount of time I spend in Tamriel, I consider my money well spent.

According to a few individuals that I've spoken to, group dungeons were scaled to the number of people, and their average level in early alpha. If this is true, I'm kinda sad that they've gotten rid of it.

In regards to eso plus, with the introduction of the cp cap a paid membership is less lucrative than ever before. That being said, so long as ZoS keeps pumping out DLC every 2-3 months, they won't have shot themselves in the foot. I know that I personally will keep subscribed so long as content is routinely delivered as that is the best option for me financially

So with that being the case, I think eso plus is in a very good place right now. It doesn't provide a huge advantage gameplay wise, but provides access to content- exactly how optional paid membership should work.

and for that P2W i meant 10% character progression... gold, exp... it shouldnt be included in eso+
Trust me, ESO Plus bonuses aren't P2W. While they're a nice (but not necessary) boost for new players, later on only the XP boost is useful - but it isn't big enough to make a significant difference. XP scrolls might, but again, they don't break the game, especially now that ZOS implemented seasonal CP caps and a catch-up system.

I'm not sure what is your problem with DLC. If I understand correctly, youd prefer bigger, but less frequent expansions?

Agreed the ESO plus isn't a pay to win, most games come with XP boosts and the rewards aren't game breaking. I prefer to sub and continue my support of the game, even though the devs just don't seem up to the task some patches.
