@Jayne_Doe That's interesting info. Keep us posted on when you receive your Crowns and such. I wonder if @ZOS_GinaBruno is aware that this is what Microsoft are doing. There is another wrinkle that I have discovered in regard to the XB console. While our ESO+ membership does renew on the date we initially subscribed, so the 15th for me, MS doesn't actually charge our credit cards until our Gold Membership renewal date, so the 27th for me.
So, during that window, I'm still considered an ESO+ member and have all my character benefits and access to the DLC, but I don't receive my Crowns. I only discovered this in October, when I yet again did not receive my Crowns. Went to pull my purchase history and saw that my credit card was scheduled to be charged on the 27th. After some time in chat with an MS CS person, I discovered that they only want to bill accounts once per month, so all charges are consolidated and charged to our cards on our Live renewal date. This may be what is causing my Crowns to not appear on my ESO+ renewal date. I'm actually going to wait it out until the 27th of this month to see if my Crowns actually appear then, as I don't expect them to show up on the 15th.
I never noticed when the Crowns actually hit my in-game account, as I never had any issues nor reason to really look at them until I saw a thread in August about a lot of folks not getting their Crowns. This caused me to look at my own balance and discover that I was short. Since then, I've kept a close eye on it and never have received them on my ESO+ renewal date. I'll wait and see if they actually show up this month on the 27th, my Live renewal date, when it actually gets charged to my card.
