Block Cost raised with Orsinium?! oO

Hey Guys, i just keep this short.
Before Orsinium hit the Live Server, Block without any reduction was at 2160 Stamina.
After Orsinium with the same Gear and the Same Championpoints (didnt changed them) i did a test again, and now a Block costs 2800 Stamina.
@ZOS_GinaBruno is this also a bug like the *** up stamregen and other things like cost reduction not working properly?
If yes, please be so kind and pass it to someone who is capable of fixing stuff like this. Dont hand it to the guy that needed over 1 freakin year to fix the armorpenbug

✭I think they should change the last passive of 1h&S (which is useless now since no one keep holding block anymore) to "reduce x% of block cost for each 1h&S skill slotted". If someone want to play turtle in pvp, he'll have to trade block cost for 1h&S skills, which usually does less dps than a weapon or class damage skill, he also need to wear 5 pieces of heavy armor to get that -20% block cost, which lower dps even more. I think it's a fair trade. For pve, the tank who usually wear full heavy armor with 1h&S skills could benefit from this. Of course it's no where near "infinity block", just balance it a little bit, since the nerf when a little too far IMO.2 -
