Looking for a non-hardcore PvP or dueling guild

I am not a hardcore PvPer but I want to at least learn how to PvP effectively so that way in the very rare chance a friend needs help or something I am not a complete burden. What I am looking for is a guild that is willing to teach even the worst noobs how to do PvP. I am not a mini-maxer either but my skills are: healing, sabotage, and scouting. I am in the EP if that makes a difference but I do think that a guild led by another alliance will help as well. Thanks!
