ESO plus and new areas

I have the ESO plus membership, 180 day type. I've had a paid subscription since game started, though I have not played since summer. I wanted to start back up again. I am confused about the Orsinium area. Do I have access to it with my ESO plus, or am I meant to buy it with all the crowns I've been receiving for my paid membership?

✭✭You have access to it as long as you are an ESO+ member - you're essentially renting it. If, however, you drop your subscription in future, you will lose access to the DLC and must purchase it in order to play it.1 -

✭✭You have access to all content as long as you are subscribed. If your subscription lapses, you would loose access to DLC, which is currently only Imperial City and Orsinium, unless you buy them. You get enough crowns to more than get the DLC from your sub. Yes, I have 22,000 or so, I have not purchased anything yet.
