No new info on those that I am aware of - last I heard, its still "working on it" and "soon™"

That stated, Thieves Guild and/or Dark Brotherhood would be fitting DLCs to release namechanges and other character recustomization options... you know... criminals having to get a new identity to escape the "heat" and all that... I can easily picture some notorious lawbreakers visiting some "plastic sorceror" to get their face reshaped, and bribe a clerk to loose the records with their old name while slipping in new ones for a suddely existing law abiding citizen with a completely new name that has nothing whatsoever to do with the known outlaw "karush of the bloody hammer"...
