Quickslot Wheel/Crashing during long load screens

Is this happening to anyone else? If I alt tab during a long load time the game will crash. I used to be able to just Alt Tab and watch some youtube or something then come back to the game loaded into the new zone. Now I can't even do that. If I so much as touch the computer It crashes. Sometimes, This happens just when logging into the game. I have to log in a good 3-5 times because I crash during load screens.
The Quickslot Wheel also seems bugged. I have removed items from the wheel only to see the same items on the wheel again. It seems to not be saving the info to the new items.

✭✭✭✭✭I've heard of the first issue happening, but haven't had it myself. I think it only occurs in Fullscreen mode; if you use Windowed Fullscreen, it seems to be OK. Hopefully ZOS know of this issue and are working on it.
