Question about Guild trader NPC

Hi guys,
I have a question, how does a players` guild (like these I mean http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/categories/en-pc-mac-eu) get a NPC guild trader (a NPC somewhere on the map connected to their guild store)?
Is there some kind of application that the biggest guilds can send to Zenimax and then Zenimax gives them a NPC guild trader somewhere?

✭No, guild traders are static part of the world. You can find them in every zone, mainly in bigger cities. Each guild, that internally opened its guild store, can just walk to one of the traders and bid gold on them. The guild that put the highest bid on that trader, will hire him for one week. Bidding ends Mondays (NA) or Tuesdays (EU). Other players can then visit the trader and buy from your store.Edited by Arkadius on November 11, 2015 7:09AM0 -
