Is it any good? Currently vet 9 and looking to grind somewhere outside of sewers as its gankers paradise there right now.

✭✭I would think it is good yes. If you go to a public dungeon, you can loot bosses for motifs at the same time. Or you can level in imperial city. You also loot tv stones and throphies while you playing
I also think, but not sure, that you can get the new orsinium set items in imperial city as well. PC, EU server, Ebonheart Pact
