Performance drops with update to windows 10

Has anyone else experienced this? Was getting 5 fps in pvp with add ons enabled last night. (Yes I know it's normally laggy and stuff but this was a major computer based performance loss).... Disabling add ons gave me like 15 fps in fights. My comp isn't running hot or anything, 30-40% use on both cpu and ram while running the game. Any had an issue with this and found a solution?

✭✭✭✭✭You should check your GPU drivers and stuff. My computer is a gaming laptop and getting old but I see 10FPS improvements across the board in win10 for gaming.
That's an improvement from win8.1 to win10

I went from 7 to 10. I think everything is updated but I'll make sure. I did just find a post somewhere that said the new windows will get faster over time as it "learns" what you do and it indexes and what not. Hopefully that's the case.2013
