ZOS: Radiant Destruction tooltip correct or incorrect?

✭✭✭✭✭Both used to tick .5 seconds i believe, so i think they forgot to update it
further more i want to point out RD's channel time. Why is it 3.4 seconds when this new patch rounds to number since you got rid of .5 ticks. How does 3.4 seconds work out with the new patch, are we losing an extra tick or gaining one?

I am very irritated why so few People talk about this Change. If the Tooltip is right, it is a massive Nerf for Radiant Destruction.
If Zos starts to Ninjanerf important Class-Skills, what Comes next? Maybe they lower Hardened Ward or Breath of Life to 50%, and say "We have to do this to save the Servers". To lower the Procrate i can understand, maybe it helps the Server but to lower the Damage massively, dont help the Servers.
It is ok if the Devs work on some Skills for the Balance but we talk about 7k (7000) Damage Difference. This in Addition to the Change of the Procs they planned, is a big Nerf. The Skill can crit now but it isnt enough to Counter the Damage, the Skill losed.
Maybe i missunderstood how the new Radiant Destruction works and Zos or another Player could explain it.Edited by Murmeltier on November 11, 2015 1:35PM2 -

My tooltip says 6216 (6000 actually but as soon as you cast it you get minor sorcery) and I get 3555 per tick for 4 ticks over the 3.4 seconds. That is at 20% bonus due to full magicka.
So yah the actual amount is exactly double what the toolitp says.

✭Gina confirmed in the Templar thread the tooltip for Radiant is bugged at the moment. Fix incoming with Q1 patches for 2016.0
