Limited time items and missing crowns.

Hi, so I was just wondering if you guys know any of zos's policys for members who missed out on limited time offers in the crown store due to missing crowns on Xbox one. I contacted support but it takes a couple of day in between responses and would like to know some information before then.

    I don't know of any policy relating to this. The best thing to do is probably what you have done; submit a ticket to Support telling them that due to the known issue with Crown delivery on Xbox One, you were unable to purchase limited-time items when they were available. They are most likely to say that there is nothing they can do about the fact the sale is over, but if you provide the info listed here they may at least be able to get you your Crowns. It's also likely that some of those items will appear in the store again some time in the future.
