And I would like to know why! Is it now SAFE to return mats to the guild bank or does the problem still exist? Was it fixed or not? @ZOS_GinaBruno could you PLEASE shed some light on this issue???

✭Also Provisioning writs that incorrectly required VR15 recipes, although the passives were assigned to only VR5/10 recipes, was NOT addressed. Would have been one of the simplest things to fix, but they didn't.
Same for the Steed mundus stone which messes up the movement animation, still not fixed after months.
I just won't bother anymore sending bug reports over and over.
