Is everything available from Crown Store on the Xbox one Version?

I own the own the pc version and am considering picking up the Xbox One version of the game. Are all the same itiems available in the crown store ? I now they do not transfer, I just want to make sure I have the ability of purchasing a dlc if i wish to do so.

There is occasionally a delay of a couple of weeks before something will arrive on the console Crown Store -- for example, the Bear Cub pet probably won't be in the Crown Store on console until Orsinium is released on consoles next week.
