If only it was that easy for everyone. I have to wait until the 20th for a transaction to show up on Microsoft for an ESO Plus sub renewal that went through on the 1st so I can get a "proof of purchase" screenshot (on subscription they know I have - or had since I cancelled after having to go through this again) before I can even start trying to get the owed Crowns. It's effing moronic that the transaction doesn't happen immediately.
