Error 308: Lost Connection Due To Inactivity

Normally you only see this if you park your character in-game for an extended time, but now I'm getting it when I have logged out and just in the character selection screen. I'll be in character select and after about 5 minutes, it will give me the error and require me to logon again. I read through the patch notes to see if there was anything changed that might cause this but didn't see anything mentioned. Anyone else getting this besides me?
