WHY THE HELL HAVE MY CHARACTER'S SKILLS BEEN RESPECED!?

I stopped playing the game for about 2 months and when I came back today, all my skills have vanished and my points refunded, same has happened to all of my attributes.
This is only supposed to happen when I use a respec scroll, so what the hell!?
Now, I have to level up all my skills again!
The least you guys could do is offer some kind of explanation as to how this could happen WITHOUT MY CONSENT!

This is very common in MMO's usually around expansions or major updates. Keep an eye out on patch notes and such.0 -

Others will be so unpleased with how the changes affected their build that they will have to pay for their own respec because they opted out of the free one. Those people will QQ the most lol1 -
