A question about Dunmer Vamps and Elemental Defender (CP)

How many CP do you recommend putting into Elemental Defender? I'm bad at math so I thought I'd ask, since Dunmer have a certain amount of fire resist. I don't want to put fire resist on my jewelry, and right now I have 75 points in Elemental Defender, is that too many or should I aim for 100? Someone with the math skills help me

kuscoe✭✭✭well if you have 100 points in Ele defender it mitigates 25 % of all elemental damage so I would assume that it would mitigate all the fire damage
