Can't Customize Graphics

I had my graphics set to the lowest option last patch. There was no shine on armor or water and that helped my FPS.
Recently, this patch, I changed my graphics settings to take a screen shot. My issue is that I can't get my super low settings back with any of the graphic options.
I repeat, I have tried to set my graphics to the exact low points they used to be before I increased them for the screenshot, but I can't achieve a lower graphic quality, specifically a graphic quality that gives no shine or reflection to armor and water.
Please offer advice on how I can further lower my graphics. Thank you.

Willow✭✭✭Try turning off supersampling . That may have came on when you turned graphics up fpr your pic.0 -

✭✭✭Well I got my old settings back by copying my PTS user settings to my Live user settings.
