I solo'd Old Orsinium dungeon on a level 14 DK tonight, and I was happy to drop my very first special motif in the game: Ancient Orc boots. Doesn't sound like much, but like I said, it was my first special one dropped ever.
During a Take Flight the game crashed instantly and logged me out. Weird. I log back in to find out it was a roll back. I no longer have the motif.

Hopefully Stiking Orc Motif will be in the crown store soon, if it is not there already, and the rich will be able get it without any effort whatsoever, glitches or not!!!
Except for people who do not recieve crowns due to other glitches.

Just because you are rich does not mean you are stupid. 130 mats for one piece of new gear?! I'm fine with my current VR16 crafted style.

Mats could be in the crown store too, for those who are not fine with their worn-out, obsolete, unfashionable style.

Is it normal for a MMO to sell this much stuff?

On that premise, we may's well not play until after the patch, because we might just lose everything we've worked hard on before then anyway.

You premise is fraught with hyperbole... No one can lose everything one works hard on... Unless, of course, you are saying that you just started to work hard after the DLC dropped. Besides, it's a game, not hard work... If that's your biggest reason to need hugs, you're doing better than most...

Ouch, and here I thought getting constantly kicked out of the game was rough. You have my hugs and my sympathy, Alucardo!

Just because they do it else where doesn't mean its cool for ESO. Unless ESO doesn't care about trying to separate itself. Plus offering mats for sale is a band aid on a wound that needs surgery.

People will spend money on mats to craft sets that are supposedly not even working properly. On console its one big guessing game. If you buy mats only to see you are losing stats you shouldn't be that's a bad situation.

As it is if there is significant time lost on XP boosts from loading screens that's not ok.

How on earth did you solo the entire public dungeon this soon after release?
    The place is swamped.
You got your own private instance or something?

Sympathies about your loss of a motif, that really sucks. :(

But saying you "soloed" it smacks of an overactive imagination/exaggeration.
I've been in there at all hours and even at really odd times at least some parts of it there are other people around.

I died. A lot. If by people you mean a couple of Nightblades that cloaked past all the mobs and left me alone, yeah, there were people there.
I tried to take it 1 wave at a time without disturbing another close by. Even at level 14, a Magicka DK has some decent heals on them. It wasn't a cake walk, but with Champion points and a knowledge of my class it's definitely possible.
No way I'd have attempted it without CPs and decent gear, but the trophy was worth it.
