I cant do it and it annoys me SO much, I try for like 3 weeks and it always tells me it cant. I restarted the PS, I tried from the PSstore, from ESO in game directly, it doesnt work and I cant understand why... a little bear cub will be on the store 
...

✭I haven't had any issues buying crowns. I use PSN cards when I want to make a purchase and there has never been a problem.PS4 Pro NA0
