Bassiacally when you eat food in Cyrodill while scaled up, the SCALED food buff will persist back in normal PvE zones!!
I ate cyrodiil field tack in Cyro, and when i returned to Stonefall the 3k+ max stamina and hp PERSISTED!
Should be looked at!

I should have had 5k hp and 7k stamina, but after returning fro cyro after eaten food, i had 8k hp and 10k stam!1
