    Hi all,

We understand the frustrations of the limitations of forum troubleshooting. We can provide basic troubleshooting here, but to collect vital data and information that would help our engineers investigate problems on our side, we need that information in the form of a ticket.

Issues like crashing, FPS problems, and lag can be caused by a multitude of issues, and in having players perform basic troubleshooting (which resolves the majority of known issues) we are able to take that data to our engineers for further research.

If you would like assistance, please be sure to submit a ticket - and if you have submitted a ticket and received a response that isn't helpful, please reply and let the agent know that you need further assistance as this will push your issue along.

Thank you again for your patience

The EU PC Megaservers need a checkover, I think. Connections are stable for several hours from 21:00 CET and well into the night. Not so during the day/morning, when disconnects happen constantly. If this is because there are too many returning players causing the servers to be nonresponsive, then there is need for hardware upgrades.

I have a AMD Radeon 7770 graphics card and I've had random crashes since the Imperial City patch. Sometimes I can play for hours no issues and sometimes I'll crash every 10mins. Each time it crashes I get a message saying that my video driver as recovered from a crash and my screen is frozen although I can still still hear abilities being used. The rest of PC seems fine and ESO is the only application that causes this. My drivers are up to date and I use Windows 10.

I have been tracking this issue and with the help of a Ram program i found that the game takes my memory and runs off using up almost all 4 gbs of ram i have in my computer. after about 1-5 mins the memory will spike and then boom i have crashed. So either I need more memory or the game has a huge memory leak that causing all the problems.

8 gigabytes is the lowest anyone should have these days. Even if you do have a 64 bit Winblows/Mac/Linux machine. And increasing the LUA memory setting to at least 128 from the default 64 in the usersettings.txt file found in Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\liveeu (no eu if you play on US server) also helps. I set mine to 256.
