can anyone show me their build? im finding myself left with alot of extra skill points, dont know where to put them honestly ( yes all passives is unlock ) My main weap set right now is dual + bow

maybe when i reach vet rank ill try 2h..

i find that siphoning early level skills are useless ( except for the skill that restores stam every hit ) so im really limited to dealing quite quick/high dmg ( dual wield tree ) Useless as in not much of dmg dealing trait.

also how do i get high stam regen? im redguard nb, and finding that the only 2 skills i use constantly to do damage ( whirlwind ) kills my stam real fast before they even die..

i feel like low lvl nb sucks as to other classes, but im looking forward to spending more time with this class since i like its traits to pvp ( fear, stun, cloak )

lastly, do i really need lore books? i dont plan on being magicka nb for quite some time anyways..

Work on your fighters guild passives and skills. Same for Undaunted passives.

From what i gathered your not in the vet ranks yet so don't worry to i much on your stamina regen yet. It will come in time. Especially once you start getting Champion Points.

Here is a good starting setup i used to level.

    DW bar:
    Surprise Attack
    Ambush
    Killers Blade or Mass Hysteria
    Dark Cloak
    Steel Tornado

Ultimate: Soul Harvest or Flawless Dawnbreaker

    Bow bar:
    Evil Hunter
    Relentless Focus
    Lethal Arrow
    Poison Injection
Double Take or Volley for more aoe dmg

Ultimate: Soul Tether or Ice Comet

Keep focus and hunter up at all times. Ambush then cloak into surprise. Attack weave surprise until 25% then spam killers blade. For multiple mobs start with volley then ambush into steel tornado. Or Ambush into mass hysteria then pick off targets one by one. For bosses keep poison injection on them. If they cant be cc'd switch out mass hysteria/volley for magnum shot and try to get double take and just kite them with your bow.

This is just to help get you started. As for gear try crafting 5 peice Hundings Rage with 4 pece Ashen Grip. Use whatever rings and necklace you can find with stmina on them and try to get reduced cost glyphs. Good Luck! Hope this helps!

Pick up the books as you go so it will be less for you to find later and meteor scales with main resource/damage and not just magicka/spell damage. Meteor is an awesome ultimate for a dps.

Besides that, your siphoning attacks should keep you up before running out of stamina, but you will have to weave in some light attacks and do a heavy attack when you get low. Because you are Redguard Nightblade you really shouldn't have any stamina problems at all. So the only thing I can think of its you are not doing enough damage. You should have grim focus morphed into relentless focus on your bar. Your jewelery should be at least 2 weapon damage. Your mundus stone should be the warrior. Either bar should have flawless dawnbreaker once you get it. Also make sure when you are going to explore or be fighting anything in general that you have a food buff going

Okay I'm a stam blade, there are a few things to take note on how to do well.

    1) get outfitter and wykkd macros, the skill swap and gear swap there 2 things which are super important
    2) get fighters guild and makes guild ASAP, meteor is one sick skill which is a must have and flawless dawn breaker is a must have skill for bow (since bow dmg < then other weaps)
    3) wear a mix of gear, 5 medium 1 heavy 1 light, so that you can use undaunted mettle and get most bonuses for the armor skill lines less than those that need 5 pc of light or heavy to be equipped.

I myself have 4 macros for the game
    -pve dual weild
    -pve bow
    -pvp dual weild
    -pvp bow

    PvE dual weild

    Bar 1 (single target)

Ambush, blood craze, surprise attack, killers blade and camp hunter and death stroke

    Bar 2 (utility and AoE)

Siphon attacks, merciless resolve, power extraction, steel tornado, resolving vigor and shooting star

    PvE bow

    Bar 1 (single target)

Ambush, poison injection, lethal arrow, killers blade, camo hunter and flawless dawn breaker

    Bar 2 (utility and aoe)

Same as pve dual weild aoe

    PvP dual weild

    Bar 1

Ambush, flexible slot (I use merciless resolve), surprise attack, killers blade, camo hunter and death stroke

    Bar 2 (utility and escape)

Resolving vigor, dark cloak (the one that removes dot), double take, mass hysteria, immovable brute

    PvP bow

    Bar 1 (single targer)

Ambush, poison injection, lethal arrow, killers blade, camo hunter and flawless dawnbreaker

    Bar 2 (utility and escape)

Same as bar 2 of pvp dual weild

I recently started a stamina nightblade, and im finding it alot of fun. Sure you gotta learn how to play it, but thats also part of the fun. I mainly pvp with it. Its a single target focus assassin build.

This is a build I have most of the time, and his stats is in the pic.
    1. 2 handed bar: Ambush, Vigor, Fear, Surpriseatk, Rally - Soul Harvest.
    2. Bow bar: Relentlessfocus, Shuffle, CamHunter, Mark, Cloak - Bolstering Darkness/Soul Tether

    Hey,

I use pretty much a similar build to @olsborg.

2 handed bar: Ambush, Vigor, Rally, Surpriseatk, Executioner - SoulTether(find soul harvest misses too much).
Bow bar: Relentlessfocus, SilverShards, CamHunter, Arrow Barrage, Cloak - Flawless Dawnbreaker

    Rotation
    Rally,
    camhunter,
    Relentless Focus,
Pull heavy attack with bow and hold it,
Press key for silvershard,(this will release both heavy attack and silvershards getting you a double proc on camhunter)
    block
    Silvershards.....
If needed then i switch and use the following....
    ambush
    surprise attack

I dont run fear as i NEVER need it...

I'm not going to lie. I hated being a stamina Nightblade. I enjoy magicka Nightblade a lot more because most people know how to handle a stamina Nightblade, use cc until their stamina is gone and pop shields in the mean time. The only time I could easily kill someone is if I got the drop on them. As a magicka Nightblade I have more survivability because of siphons and i am less dependent on rolling and blocking not draining my ability to kill someone. However, this is my opinion and there are ways to kill anyone.

I use swallow sould in my stam NB anyway and it helps me a lot to survive or put pressure in the enemy
Sarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly

I was born with the wrong sign
    In the wrong house
    With the wrong ascendancy
    I took the wrong road
That led to the wrong tendencies
I was in the wrong place at the wrong time
For the wrong reason and the wrong rhyme
On the wrong day of the wrong week
Used the wrong method with the wrong technique

For pvp you should look into sword and board. Puncture is cheap, low slash snares and reduces damage, and reverberating bash drops their healing 40% and stuns. 3 skills in the same tree that cripples any player. I see a lot of people running sword and board lately in pvp.

Down side is you will need power extraction to get your buff
