I normally run the game on the lowest graphic setting possible.There is this layer that gives characters a shine.That shine is more noticeable in armor.There is no option to turn off/on that layer in the game settings.Usually setting the graphics to minimum will turn off that layer.The problem right now is that my graphics got on high cause I had to reset UserSettings.text file,but now when i turn it to minimum again like i had before,that shine layer dont turn off.I want it off because it gives me bad FPS.

So anyone knows how to turn this layer off? on the userssettings file or something?
