This is the build I'm running atm destruction staff and restoration staff. It's really fun to hit people with with Crippling grasp and hit dark cloak. Using the the two skills with Concealed weapon slotted makes you move FAST and also invisible. I like to hit people with Crippling stealth around to there backside and engage. Using that combo allows me to play melee or ranged depending on opponent. For gear your playstyle will probably show you what gear you need.
