Briarheart Set not dropping from Normal Mode Maelstrom Arena?

I've run Normal about 10 times and I have pieces of every set except Briarheart. Not a single piece. Is it the RNG or is anyone else experiencing the same?

Well that's good news, I've not done many dailies yet but all i got was blue V15 Pariah(?) parts from the quest bags which had me worried it would all be like that. Thanks for the insight, at least now I know it's worth doing the dailies.... daily.
