Simply with these steps:

Class: Nightblade
Primary Attributes: Health & Magicka
Class Tree: Siphoning
Armor: Either heavy or light, im using heavy
Weapon: Staff
+Vampirism

now i kill everything while absorbing their health same time, post your own invented roles

    One of the very first nightblade builds featured on eso.com was called Blood Mage... NB healer based off Siphoning, Vampirism, and Restoration. I suspect it would be easy for you to get into a healing role. You kill everything while giving their health to your party at the same time :)

    Nightblade healers rock, the added DPS is nice and most people aren't aware but they do have a healing ulti (other morph of veil of blades).

    Although I do consider it an achievement that eso is able to make people feel like they are unique snowflakes.

    the morph for soul shred is called soul siphon, it eliminates all the offensive capabilities of the ultimate to add a burst heal and a heal over time to allies and they can still activate the synergy if an enemy was in range.

    The Blood Mage idea was brought on by Vanguard Saga of Heros at my earliest MMO memory. Maybe sooner from a different game. Also the build was brought on ESO a long long time ago 1.6 atleast lol.

    Saying that I dont think you invented it lol but hey who am I to judge like the patent office lol.

    That being said its a very viable healing build for Nightblades. While it doesnt outshine Templar due to the amount of skills slots required to run the build correctly and the dmg of strife being somewhat lackluster vs say a reflective light or something.

    Some Major tweaks need to be made to the NB Healer/sorc/DK roles and i cant wait for that moment as a long time MMO healer. While some say its gimmicky I would have rather seen something like every strife cast would buff your Shield percent by 5% a cast stacking up to like 50% and going back to 0 once you casted a shield be it barrier or healing ward or harness magicka instead of its current situation of just refreshing a OK HOT. This would have given NB some much needed burst healing.

    But -shrug- ive seen all 4 healers function well under a proper player. Just the Chore/Difficulty factor is pretty much 0 with templar. 30% with NB healer and 60% with sorcerer and 80% with DK. Which means its not as balanced as one would like to think. While they work i dont think some monumental effort is needed to get these basic things to function well.

Healing in pvp with my NB though is .... well :( .... People hit you for 8k with the nerf but NB only heals like half of that heh.

    Atleast on templar you can stack up 30% healing 12% healing 10% healing and 10% healing and 15% healing.......

    Templar healing passives only effect Templar specific heals, they have no effect on any other heals including resto staff heals. They do not effect any stamina heals as well so Stamina Templar effectively has no class specific healing of use.

    Well I was only speaking about healers not stamplars. Also you shouldnt really be using Resto staff heals at all heh. Just Restoration Expert. You'll have Mending 10%,Focused Healing 30%,Restoration Expert 15%, If youre crazy Sanctuary set for 12%, Ritual Mundus for 10%. Also 30% more from ritual on self only. So i dont see any reason to use other heals besides the restoring light ones.

    Edit: Also another 30% from monster helm/shoulder for self from all sources. 4%? from sanctuary set for self and any racials.

    Regardless if whether or not you invented it (which you didn't), you and whoever else began using this without asking or looking at anyone else's build deserves a pat on the back, same innovative sense should get the same achievement, good on you.
