Vampire: Invigorating Drain

This ability stun where they grab their head and scream, does not work more than half the time. If what you are fighting is doing some move or however, it seems to just not work. Whats the deal? I took that morph for the stun and it barely works!!

    In PvP you can break free from it, and it only works once per fight per target.

    Drain Essence and morphs use an actual Stun effect, which is Crowd Control. If the target has Crowd Control Immunity you cannot Stun them until it wears off. Used to be before IC you couldn't use Drain Essence on a target with Crowd Control Immunity or more than once on the same target at all!

    They also took out the stamina drain on that ability which I miss

    "Fixed an issue if you had a summoned pet, it could potentially be grabbed by an invisible Molag-Bal and get stuck in a floating posture."
    "Dogs can no longer teleport while chasing cats (much to the disappointment of the dogs)."

    Nope. I am not talking about PvP, stun immune etc. I am talking about regular type MOBs that it SHOULD work on, but it fails more often than not

    I know this isn't related to OP, but does anyone else find it doesn't seem to fill up mag/halth the way that it should? (when it has achieved stun or not)

    not sure of the specifics of your instance but there were some changes made to the ability in the patch notes, it sounds like it may fall into that or a bug based off of those changes if you're on PC.
