Crashing/Endless Repairing

I'd love to play the new DLC but I can't even get into the game. After I downloaded the patch it told me something like "blah blah blah is being used by another program, shut it down to fix this problem" So I did some things and FINALLY got the patch to install. Well I tried loading into the game and it crashes when it get to the Zenimax screen. Every. Single. Time. So ... after disabling my firewall and disabling my antivirus I tried again ... with the same results. Now I'm trying to repair the client and it's just not doing anything. It's been sitting on 0% for, oh I don't know, 10 minutes or so. And as I'm typing this the CLIENT crashed and now I'm back to the crashing on the Bethesda screen. This is just amazing. Fatal Error, Error 11. Nice!

So any suggestions??

So emailing support gets me "contact your computer manufacturer if everything you've already done (and these generic links to codes you're not experiencing) aren't working." CONTACT MY COMPUTER MANUFACTURER?? Seriously?? A friend of mine numerous states away is having the same issue and it's my computer? No, Zeni, just no.

Similar issue... Endless crashes.

Have experienced intermitant crashes for some time but now it's unplayable.

At the end of my rope.

Same problems on my wife's comp.
I managed to finish repair only after 4 attemts, each time waiting for the loading of more than 30 GB.

when eso client gives you errors after patch /restart pc - it helps/ dont press repear just restart pc.

I restarted my computer between each failed attempt because that seems to help but not this time.

This does not make me happy. After 5 hours I'm at 52% on my first actual glimmer of hope to a solution. If this doesn't fix it I might just cry.

NOOO sorry to hear your troubles with the DLC Audrey. Btw it's Jackson if you were wondering. Hope you get it fixed soon so we can get back to farming. Mishi and I have been waiting

I know who it is!! It's currently sitting at 88%. Mishi keeps asking me how it's going. I wish I could speed it up but, sadly, I can't.

That's what they always say. It's never the game, it is your PC.

I normally just re-install.. Has happened a couple of times.. What can you do..

For the endless repair, for me, I just have to close the launcher, launch it again and press right away the play button, if I wait a bit the launch button will be replace by the repair one.

After much tribulation the download is complete. Your cheers were heard Jackson!!! Also, lmfao on the infinite load screen. If I would have had a costco receipt and a paperclip I might have been able to solve the problem

This usually works for me too and I did get the play button on occasion but then it would start to load and error out when the Zenimax screen popped up during load.
